The project manager plans, organizes, directs and controls all activities related to the project. He is responsible for carrying out the construction of projects while respecting the allocated deadlines and budget, and the quality standard. He makes his recommendations in his field of expertise.   • Review construction project schedules, project scheduling and critical path.

  • Act as a reference, set the direction, provide information and provide support to all service managers as needed (development, estimation, excavation, legal aspect, design, urban planning and finance).

  • Coordinate the flow of information with the client

  • Supervise disputes and negotiations with subcontractors in order to respect a normal and adequate deadline for the administrative management of projects as needed and at the request of the client.

  • Supervise end-of-project management so that all end-of-site documents and project closures are done within a deadline that meets standards.

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
